Wow, occasionally I feel like I’m “losing it” while trying to get rid of weight! Well, more specifically, when trying to lose fat. In reality, both men and women want to maximize their muscle mass while keeping body fat low. I mean, would you rather weigh two hundred pounds with 30% bodyfat, or weigh two hundred pounds with 10% bodyfat? As you can picture, you would look very different.
